Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and sent into production within 2–5 business days after purchase.
  • Once in production, orders cannot be modified or canceled after 1 hour.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • UK & Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or local customs.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. Total shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track the delivery status of your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

Delivery Issues

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please first check with your neighbors or local post office.
  • For lost or delayed packages, contact us at support@sportfungear.com and we will investigate with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
