Return & Refund Policy

At SportFunGearâ„¢, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All of our products are made-to-order through Printify. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please refer to the Size Guide before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund. To process a claim, please:
- Email us at support@sportfungear.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
We will review your request and reply within 48 hours with next steps.
3. Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or fail to pick up your package, we cannot offer a refund. In some cases, we may be able to resend the item at your expense.
4. Lost Orders
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. After verifying the issue with our fulfillment partners, we may offer a replacement or refund.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for sizing or style preferences.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders are automatically sent to production and cannot be changed or canceled.
